About Susie
Chief Relationship Officer
Susie most recently served as Director, Strategy + Growth for IM Creative, a boutique creative meeting & events agency in which her main responsibilities include designing, selling, and implementing an exhibit & sponsorship sales platform for one of their top client’s 8,000+ attendee annual User Conference. Her 15+ years in the Meetings + Event Industry also include serving as the Senior Sales Account Executive for Boston’s premier experiential marketing & event design firm, VDA Productions. She has been named one of Collaborate Magazine’s “40 Under 40” recipients, nominated for an Event Solutions Spotlight award in the “Rising Star” category, and has been selected as “Meeting Professional of the Year” within the MPI New England community. Her most recent volunteer work was honorably serving as President of the MPI New England Chapter and also as a member of the MPI Global Chapter Membership Advisory Council. In addition, she has served on the Board of Directors for ILEA Boston (formerly ISES New England).

With 11+ years of expertise supporting revenue-generating teams in media and advertising, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a passion for relationship building, and a genuine love for live events to everything she does.
A proud Norfolk State University alumna who graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Melissa’s background spans partner account management, sponsorship support, and cross-functional coordination. She knows what it takes to keep complex programs running smoothly and clients feeling supported every step of the way.
