After taking over our vendor exhibit program just 4 months before our show, I was asked to fill an exhibit hall with 62 booths for our franchise community. Prior to this show, our exhibit hall never had more than 30 booths, but new leadership was confident we were missing on providing more opportunities to our attendees and capturing additional revenue. With extremely limited time, I would have never been able to put together the high quality show we put on for our franchise community. Not only did we increase revenue by 230%, the attendee/exhibitor experience was night and day vs. previous years. After reading each and every survey from attendees, the words “best vendor expo we’ve ever been to” seemed to be part of every survey. The exhibitor surveys echoed the same while saying they’ve never seen an operation run so smoothly. Susie was a major part of this and we’re excited to have her as an extended member of our team for years to come.
