After taking over our vendor exhibit program just 4 months before our show, I was asked to fill an exhibit hall with 62 booths for our franchise community. Prior to this show, our exhibit hall never had more than 30 booths, but new leadership was confident we were missing on providing more opportunities to our attendees and capturing additional revenue. With extremely limited time, I would have never been able to put together the high quality show we put on for our franchise community.
